The 2024 XT5 offers customers a choice of three different trim levels and two powertrain configurations. The standard engine of this SUV is a turbocharged 2.0-liter powertrain, which delivers 235 horsepower and 258 pounds of torque. If you want some extra power and acceleration, the optional 3.6-liter V6 is for you, achieving 310 horsepower and 271 pounds of torque. All-wheel drive is optional across the board, while a nine-speed automatic transmission is standard in all models.
When it comes to fuel consumption, FWD base models of the XT5 boasts EPA estimates of 22 miles per gallon in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. The fully equipped AWD Sport trim level, on the other hand, achieves 18 miles per gallon in the city and 26 mpg on the highway.
Infotainment and Safety Technologies
All XT5 models are equipped with a standard eight-inch infotainment touchscreen that offers Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, as well as a built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot and SiriusXM satellite radio. The Premium Luxury and Sport trim levels also come with a 14-speaker Bose audio system and in-dash navigation.
